Returns & Exchanges

To initiate a return, please visit our return portal HERE.

We want you to love your purchase from Dose of Heaven. If something doesn’t work out, we’re happy to help with a return or exchange on eligible items.

Store Credit Only: All approved returns are issued as store credit. Store credit never expires and can be used anytime on doseofheaven.com.

Store credit is issued once your return is received and inspected.

Return Timeframe: 

Initiation: Returns must be initiated within 14 days of delivery.

Shipping: Once your return is approved, items must be shipped back within 5 days.

Local Pickup Orders: If you selected local pickup, you must reach out within 14 days of your order being marked as delivered to request a return. 

 

Non-Returnable Items: The following items are final sale and cannot be returned or exchanged:

  • Items purchases with a discount of 20% or more are final sale. 
  • Accessories (including jewelry, bags, hats, etc.)
  • Swimwear
  • Shoes
  • Items marked Final Sale

 

Condition of Returned Items: To be eligible for store credit, items must be returned in their original condition:

  • Original tags attached
  • Unworn and unwashed
  • Free of makeup marks or deodorant stains
  • Free of perfume, smoke, or other odors
  • Free of excessive human or animal hair

Items returned that do not meet these requirements may be denied or subject to a restocking fee.

Late Returns: Items shipped back outside of the approved return window may be rejected and returned to the sender.

Exchanges: We offer easy exchanges for different sizes or styles when inventory is available.

If exchanging for an item of greater value, the price difference will be charged at checkout.

Return Shipping: 

If Checkout+ was purchased at checkout:

• Return shipping is covered

• Exchanges ship free

 

If Checkout+ was NOT purchased:

• Customers are responsible for return shipping costs

• Return labels can be purchased through the return portal

At checkout you may choose to add Checkout+ powered by Redo.

 

With Checkout+:

• Free return shipping

• Easy exchanges

• Faster return processing

 

Without Checkout+:

Returns are still accepted through our portal, but return shipping costs will apply.
